My Favorite Waterfront Restaurants
Waterfront Restaurants
My favorite waterfront restaurants:
- Southport Raw Bar
- A Fort Lauderdale staple. Casual waterfront restaurant with live music on the weekends and free dockage.
- Coconuts
- Views of Fort Lauderdale's Intracoastal. Must get their scoobies appetizer. They serve Sunday brunch and have happy hour Monday - Friday from 4 PM - 6 PM. Complimentary valet parking is available. The dock is first come, first serve.
- Dune
- This is a great spot for happy hour on the beach Monday - Friday from 4 PM - 6 PM. Ocean views on the sand.
- Beach House Pompano
- Beachfront restaurant with ocean views. Also, a great spot to host an event.
- 15th Street Fisheries
- Located inside Lauderdale Marina on the Intracoastal. Great live music. Upstairs is more upscale and requires a reservation. Downstairs you can just walk in - don't accept reservations. You can also feed the tarpon, which is family fun. Fort Lauderdale Water Taxi stop #3.
- S3
- Upscale eatery serving locally sourced New American & coastal cuisine, along with sushi & drinks. Located on A1A with ocean views.
- Takato
- Japanese-Korean restaurant located in Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach with seafood, great sushi, and meat plates. Get the angry chicken!
- El Vez
- Mexican with an emphasis on Baja-style cooking located in W Fort Lauderdale. Some of the best nachos and brownie sundaes in town!
- Casablanca Cafe
- Historic former residence on Fort Lauderdale Beach with ocean views & Mediterranean-American plates, plus live piano music.
